Sometimes we need to take a hard look at ourselves and realize a difficult truth. We’re our own worst enemy.
There is a fine line between beating yourself up and taking proper accountability. Our negative self talk isn’t making us any better. Neither is the self sabotage.
We hold ourselves back in many hidden ways and maybe it is time to be our own biggest champion. To actualize our full potential. Time to turn that enemy into your best workout partner.
We're launching this design on our NEW super comfortable Vintage Crewneck. The outer shell is 100% heavy cotton, while the inside fleece is 100% polyblend. This means it won't shrink, its incredibly soft and the fit is designed to taper and accentuate a lifters physique. Broad in the shoulders, ample space in the torso and a soft bottom elastic to frame the upper body.
The shirt is similar to our shirts in terms of fit, in other words go with the size you normally go with! Comfortable, light and durable. I am a little over 5`9 at 180 and wear a Large.

United StatesPerfect sweater. Elastic holds up great and it’s an awesome material throughout the sweater. Wish the shirts would come this sturdy.
