U.S. Returns / Exchanges

For all domestic returns or exchanges, please use our [returns portal].
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if items are brand new, unworn, and tags are attached.
Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, and animal hair.
We reserve the right to adjust or deny returns if items are not received in new condition.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return or exchange arrives. You will receive an email once it is processed.

We do NOT refund the original shipping charge.

International / FPO & APO Returns (Purchased from U.S.A.)

International, FPO, and APO customers must use their own prepaid shipping label to return items to the United States.
Include a note inside your return package indicating whether you would like:
An exchange for a new item
Store credit
A refund to your original payment method
Packages received without proper order identification may take longer to process.
We recommend shipping with insurance, obtaining tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
Raskol Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or missing in transit when using your own shipping label.
