AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS UNWORN, UNWASHED AND TAGS ARE INTACT, WE OFFER FREE EXCHANGES, AND FREE RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to the Stay at Home Ban many states are experiencing as a result of COVID19, we are extending our return and exchange policy to 60 days.
To initiate an exchange please send an e-mail to sales@raskolapparel.com with Subject: EXCHANGE Order # (With Your Order Number)
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- Apparel must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
**We do NOT refund original shipping charge**
Packages received without proper order identification may result in longer than estimated processing times.
We recommend shipping with insurance, receiving shipment tracking, and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Raskol Apparel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit when obtaining your own shipping label.
International/ FPO & APO Returns Purchased from U.S.A.
If you are an International, FPO or APO Customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to exchange for a new item, receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
