Return Approval Policy                                       

• All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. If a return does not meet our policy requirements or is received outside of the approved return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund. In these cases, no refund will be issued. The item may either be returned to the customer or at our discretion store credit may be issued.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

• To qualify for a free return you must purchase checkout+ at checkout  if you do not then you will be required to pay for a return label through our portal
  * Unworn and unwashed
  * In brand-new, resellable condition
  * Tags attached
  * In original packaging
  * Free of stains, hair, odors, damage, or alterations
  All items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these standards.
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

• If approved, you may receive:
  * A refund to your original payment method
  * Store credit
  * An exchange ( Subject to Availability )
  Refunds apply to merchandise value only.
  We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns showing excessive return activity.
• WE DO NOT REFUND ORGINAL SHIPPING COST FOR THE ORDER.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• Claims must be submitted  through our return portal of delivery.
  Items must remain unworn and unwashed.

GIFTS

• If marked as a gift at purchase, store credit will be issued to the recipient.
If not marked as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it, please allow 5–10 business days for processing, as timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.
