Got it as a gift for my friend and they loved it, but I had to choose the max size of L, an XL and 2XL options would be great!

I ordered this along with 140 dollars of product several months ago now and it never was received. I contacted customer support (the owners email) twice asking for help or assistance in figuring the situation out and I received no response. So overall no customer service, no product, and no money back- not a great experience.
