I thought lifting would cure everything. That it would make me more confident and attractive.
Which in a way it did but now there are new problems. It can sometimes make the Big Sad go away, especially when lifting is going well, but not always.
When it isn’t going well, I can get even more depressed. Injuries, bad body image days and the stress of being enough.
On the outside, I’m better than ever. Everyone thinks I should be so happy.
But if strong, why so sad?
Keep in mind the MAJOR difference in sizing is just the length (most tank sizes in the chest area fit pretty similar). At 5'10 and 180lb, I wear a size Large.
I would say the following sizes would work as a rule.
If you are below 5'4 (or female) get Small
If you are between 5'5'-5'10 (and/or a small or medium build) get Medium
If you are between 5'7-5'11 (and/or a medium+ build) get Large
If you are between 5'9-6'1 (and/or have quite a lot of muscle) get X-Large
If you are 6'0+ (until maximum height 6'5) get XXL
Women should wear the S or M. Most guys are either M or L (or if you are jacked/are taller, XL). Personally I like to wear the L or XL (whereas for t-shirts I usually wear a M or for leg day a L).
Made of 88% Polyester, 8% Raylon, 4% Spandex. Machine wash on cold.

United StatesAwesome Design - Poor Print
As mentioned in another review, the stringer fit was great, material feels great, but the design had a very washed out look with very different colors. I reached out to support and they explained it is an issue with this specific stringer they are trying to figure out. They offered me an exchange and I went for the t-shirt version. The print quality is exactly as pictured on the t-shirt and I’m happy I went with it instead

It's a great design, especially if you like the Dr. M reference, and the shirt is comfortable. Holds up to my incredible amounts of sweating. It also seems like the print was done well enough to not disintegrate with routine washing. My biggest qualm is that, because of the stringer's material, the print does not look like how it's shown here. Everything will have a more washed-out look. It's still a nice stringer, but I wish we were able to get the same color vibrancy and saturation as displayed.
