We all remember that moment in the gym. We’re just minding our own business, doing a set of bench press when some middle age man comes up to you and begins a conversation. It starts innocently enough with him complimenting your bench but then somehow the conversation shifts to being about him. Then he drops a bomb seemingly out of nowhere, “yeah, I used to bench 405 back in high school”. You look at his frail, lumpy physique and immediately doubt this claim. Why would he say such an obvious lie?! You resume your workout, shaken at his audacity.
Fast forward almost a decade and you are out of college, still lifting and trying to get stronger. You see a young gun struggling on the bench press. You go up to him and begin a conversation. You give him a few pointers and boost his confidence. Out of nowhere and unprompted, you shift the conversation back to yourself. Almost reflexively you blurt out “yeah I used to Bench 405 back in high school”. You can’t explain why and suddenly you are hit with a horrific epiphany: you’ve become the thing you’ve hated. You’re that old dude in the gym bragging. Where did it all go wrong?We're launching this design on our NEW super comfortable Custom Crewneck. It is a polyblend, so it won't shrink, its incredibly soft and the fit is designed to taper and accentuate a lifters physique. Broad in the shoulders, ample space in the torso and a soft bottom elastic to frame the upper body.
The shirt is similar to our shirts in terms of fit, in other words go with the size you normally go with! Comfortable, light and durable. I am a little over 5`9 at 180 and wear a Large.

United StatesSooo cute and comfortable! It’s a great pump cover or even just a casual going-on-errands type shirt. I got a Medium and that certainly has some wiggle room for me because I’m short (5ft). If you’re a short girl too, size down if you’d prefer a smaller fit, but I think it’s more comfortable in a larger size like a Medium or Large.
